AFR8700. ASIS Face Recognition Readers. #ASIP Connect
The AFR8700 Face Recognition Readers is a family of high speed, real-time face recognition readers. The built-in recognition algorithm assures reliability and performance for live face detection in both 1-to-1 or 1-to-N modes. Built-in dual cameras ensure 3D detection, differentiating liveliness from video or photo images.
The readers come in 2 sizes: a 5” and a 7” color LCD screen display. The readers are equipped with IR and visible light sources to ensure consistent performance, even under the most challenging lighting conditions.

- Recognition speed of up to 0.5s in low light, bright light and backlit environments
- Recognition distance from 0.5m to 1.5m with accuracy exceeding 99.8% with the use of infrared and visible light, together with integrated dual cameras for 3D face detection and recognition and anti-spoofing solutions
- Built-in contactless smartcard reader and fully Integrated with IBSS.web software
- Suitable for turnstile and wall mounting
